Vacant lot across from the Lake Eola Amphitheater is being considered for a new mixed-use tower

Baker Barrios Architects and Lincoln Property Co. have joined forces to bring another new and exciting addition to downtown Orlando.

The site being considered for the mixed-use tower across from the Lake Eola Amphitheater in Orlando, Florida, includes two parcels: 170 E Washington Street and 137 Wall Street. Combined, the two parcels sit on 1 acre of land.
